AZ Alkmaar dares to innovate and is on course for the national championship

To measure is to know.
At AZ, from Alkmaar, the Netherlands, they know all about that. In order to perfect the game, the training staff of the successful Dutch football club uses a variety of innovative analysis systems, both during training and during the matches.

The AZ supporting team analyses the sports performance of the players both during and after the training sessions with the help of Inmotio's lpmSoccer3D® monitoring system. The system collects real-time data, such as heartbeat, speed, acceleration and position of the players on the field, so the trainers can provide optimal support to the team as a whole and to individual players.

     AZ: lpmSoccer3D in practice

At every training session for both the 1st and the 2nd squad, AZ uses Inmotio's lpmSoccer3D®. The system contributes to making improvements in both the physical and the tactical performance of the team and the individual players. lpmSoccer3D® brings football training to a permanently higher level, and that is reaping benefits for AZ at the moment: the club is fully engaged in the Dutch football competition.
